Cripps supports Elliott Westland Insurance Brokers in its sale to Partners&

Cripps’ corporate insurance M&A team advised on the sale of Elliott Westland Insurance Brokers Limited to Partners& Holdings Limited, part of the Partners& Group, for an undisclosed amount. Partners& are a leading insurance and risk management firm backed by Capital Z, a US private equity investor.

Led by corporate insurance M&A partner Lowri Jones (corporate), the Cripps team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, which was concluded in a very short timescale ahead of the Autumn Budget. Cripps’ familiarity with the Partners& structure and documentation ensured an efficient process, even under tight deadlines.
