Cripps enhances real estate team with new partner appointment

Top 100 law firm Cripps is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Alger as a partner in its real estate team.

Paul, who will be based in Cripps’ London office, has extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions, including investment, development, finance and landlord and tenant matters. He specialises in investment matters dealing with acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

Paul joins Cripps from Shoosmiths where he acted for a diverse range of clients across the real estate sector, including investors, developers and occupiers. He is known for his expertise in acting on high-value, high profile investment transactions.
