Cripps boosts employment team with new senior hire

Top 100 law firm Cripps has strengthened its employment team with the appointment of a new London-based partner, Sarah Glockler.

Joining from MemoryCrystal, Sarah has over twenty years’ experience advising a wide range of clients, from large companies to senior executives, on all aspects of employment law. She advises companies on HR issues such as managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as senior executives on managed exits and settlement agreements.

Sarah has a specialist focus on contentious employment law, and deals with litigation in both the employment tribunal and the high court. Some of her recent cases include whistleblowing and discrimination claims in the tribunal, and confidentiality cases in the High Court.
