Cripps advises on the sale of Brooks Braithwaite Insurance Brokers to Partners& Group

Cripps’ Corporate insurance M&A team has advised the shareholders of Brooks Braithwaite Insurance Brokers on its sale to Partners& Group. This acquisition further strengthens Partners&’s position in the insurance market, backed by US private equity investor Capital Z.

Led by corporate Insurance M&A partner Lowri Jones (corporate), the Cripps team provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction. Cripps’ familiarity with the Partners& structure and documentation ensured an efficient process.
