Cripps advises on sale of Anderson & Co to Ardonagh Advisory

Lowri Jones, head of Cripps insurance M&A team, along with Lorraine Reynolds and Jade Hallam advised Christine McLellan on the sale of her Blackpool-based commercial and personal lines insurance brokerage to Ardonagh Advisory.  This marks Ardonagh’s first acquisition of 2025.
