We are pleased to have advised French-listed Kalray on the sale of its UK trading businesses, Pixit Media and Arcastream, to US-headquartered DataCore in a multi-million-pound cross-border technology transaction.

Pixit Media and Arcastream specialise in unified data management solutions, including software, hardware, and associated professional and maintenance services. Their solutions are widely used within the media and entertainment industry and by resellers worldwide.

DataCore is a leading provider of software-defined storage and intelligent data management solutions, helping organisations worldwide optimise their storage infrastructure and enhance performance. Headquartered in the US, DataCore has a strong global presence and a track record of acquiring and integrating innovative technology businesses to strengthen its market position.
