Cripps advises Holiday Extras on strategic acquisition of Dutch online parking platform ParkCare

Cripps’ corporate team has advised long-standing client Holiday Extras Investments Limited on its acquisition of ParkCare, a leading Dutch online parking comparison platform. This marks Holiday Extras’ third major investment in The Netherlands, further strengthening its European presence.

Holiday Extras is the UK market leader in airport parking, airport hotels, worldwide airport lounges, destination car hire, airport transfers, and holiday insurance. Established in 1983, the company supports over 11 million travellers each year and has been named in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For eleven times.

The acquisition brings ParkCare’s established brands, loyal customer base, and long-term supplier contracts under the Holiday Extras umbrella, significantly expanding its airport parking network across Europe. ParkCare’s customers will benefit from an enhanced product range and broader service offering.

The Cripps team advising on the transaction was led by managing associate Beth Barns-Graham. Dutch legal advice was provided to Holiday Extras by Orange Clover.
