Cripps advises BAMUK Group Limited on the acquisition of Custom Wytelyne Powder Coating Limited.

Cripps’ corporate team has advised BAMUK Group Limited on the acquisition of family-owned business, Custom Wytelyne Powder Coating Limited.

Established in 1984, Custom Wytelyne Powder Coating operates a metal powder coating business specialising in preparation, pre-treatment and electrostatic coating of steel, aluminium and galvanised products. The well-equipped facility features the latest application equipment and curing solutions and boasts certified applicator status by AkzoNobel Powder Coatings Ltd and Tiger Coatings UK Limited.

Custom Wytelyne Powder Coating has been added to BAMUK Group’s portfolio of companies focused on manufacturing and designing products.

This is the second acquisition Cripps have undertaken for the BAMUK Group, and another successful transaction evidencing our experience  acting for clients in the manufacturing sector. The Cripps’ corporate team who advised on this transaction comprised John Kirkwood and Inez Abeynayake.
