Cripps advise TransGlobal Freight Management on its acquisition of Crocodile Stores
Cripps are delighted to have advised long-standing client, TransGlobal Freight Management on its acquisition of Crocodile Stores, an eCommerce fulfillment partner operating out of three sites in Nottingham.
TransGlobal is one of the UK’s leading independent international freight forwarding companies specialising in air, road and ocean freight with headquarters in Greenhithe, Kent.
Established in 2002, Crocodile Stores is a third party logistics company specialising in eCommerce fulfillment for brands looking to sell direct to customer.
Cripps provided legal advice on all aspects of the transaction working closely with the board of TransGlobal. The Cripps corporate team advising on the acquisition was led by Lorraine Reynolds and supported by Anna Drapper, Helen Garner working closely alongside Sophie Newby (commercial real estate) and Emma Saunders (employment).
