Cripps advise on sale of UK recruitment business Magnus Search to Arrow Workforce Solutions
Cripps are delighted to have advised the founders and management team of national recruitment business Magnus Search, on the majority sale to Arrow Group of Companies Inc, a leading Canadian recruitment business who are expanding into the UK.
Founded in 2017 by Matthew Kershaw and Bradley Wood, Magnus Search has 9 offices locations throughout England and Scotland. Magnus has a specialist team of consultants offering many types of recruitment contracts for a variety of sectors including supply chain & logistics, FMCG, farming & agriculture, manufacturing & industrial, business & commercial, aviation, and legal services. The founders are remaining with the Company and will be driving the combined group’s ambitious UK growth plans.
Arrow Workforce Solutions is a substantial Canadian recruitment business with offices throughout the US and matches professionals with freelance, contract, try-before-you-hire, and full-time job opportunities at top organisations. The acquisition of Magnus Search is the first investment for Arrow Workforce Solutions into the UK.
