Cripps’ corporate team has advised on the sale of Lilliput Children’s Centre to Bright Stars Nursery Group Limited.

Lilliput Children’s Centre are proud to have over 30 years of experience in supporting children and their families in Elmbridge as they transition back to work. Lilliput opened in 1992 and comprises of a spacious single storey Victorian school building, an outdoor heated swimming pool and several gardens for outdoor play including a climbing wall. The centre offers full and part-time day care for babies, toddlers and pre-school located in the heart of Hersham in Surrey.

The Cripps corporate team was led by Julie Hughes and Erin Willock and included Lauren Romo and Emma Brittain, with Victoria Murray advising on the property aspects of the transaction. The team worked closely alongside Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co.
