Cripps advise on the sale of InRoads to Swanton Care & Community Limited

Cripps’ corporate team has advised on the sale of family-owned business, InRoads (Essex) Ltd to Swanton Care & Community Limited.

InRoads provides specialist care to children and young adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs across Essex and Suffolk, comprising both the offer of residential services and supported living.

Founded in 2006 with locations across the UK, Swanton Care & Community provide care and support for people with complex needs with a diverse range of support solutions including registered care homes, care homes with nursing, community-based supported living and domiciliary care.

Another successful transaction to bolster Cripps’ impressive credentials acting for clients in the health and care sector. The Cripps corporate team was led by Erin Willock and included Inez Abeynayake, Francesca Harrison (corporate) with Chris Waight (real estate) advising on the property aspects of the transaction. The team worked closely alongside Christie & Co and LB Group Accountants.
