Cripps advise Holiday Extras on their acquisition of Amsterdam-based Quick Parking

Cripps has advised long-standing client Holiday Extras on its acquisition of Amsterdam-based Quick Parking, its second major investment in The Netherlands.

Holiday Extras is the UK market leader in airport parking, airport hotels, worldwide airport lounges, destination care hire, airport transfers and holiday insurance. Established in 1983, Holiday Extras makes bookings for over 8 million travellers each year and has been listed eleven times in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for.

The deal sees Holiday Extras take over the Quick Parking brands, website, distribution partnerships, supply arrangements and technology platform, together with the long term leases and operations of Quick Parking’s four airport parking facilities. The acquisition, together with Holiday Extras’ wider international parking supply network and the group’s well-established German business, is a further significant step in Holiday Extras’ expansion into Europe.

The Cripps team advising on the transaction was led by Beth Barns-Graham (corporate) and included Andreea Rusu (corporate) and Kathryn Rogers (commercial). Dutch legal advice was provided to Holiday Extras by Orange Clover Law and Florent.
