Cripps advise Active Management Solutions on sale
Cripps has advised the shareholders of Active Management Solutions (6) Limited on the sale of their self storage facility in Sidcup to Cinch Storage.
Cinch Storage is backed by Padlock Partners UK Fund IV, an investment trust that focuses on acquiring income-generating commercial real estate properties in the UK, particularly self-storage facilities. It operates circa 20 sites in the UK.
Active Management Solutions (6) was set up by Robert Cherry and James Hancock and operated by Titan Self Storage under a management contract. Titan Self Storage also operate another nine self storage units across the UK.
Cripps, supported by Levy Real Estate, provided legal advice on both the corporate and property aspects of the transaction. The Cripps’ team included John Kirkwood, Lorraine Reynolds and Anna Drapper (corporate), Rachel Holdaway, Summer Gibb and Mollie Wilson (real estate).
