My experience

Advised overseas investors on the purchase of 360 new build off-plan leasehold apartments in high rise towers in East London.

Advised on the sale of a large country house in Kent for over £4 million with a number of complex issues.

Advised a developer who purchased a period listed property in Brighton, converting it into flats which were then sold on long leases.
