I am an experienced transactional lawyer in the real estate team. As legal director I assist clients with their real estate needs across almost all industry sub-sectors.
I have over 25 years’ experience as a real estate lawyer. Some of this time was spent in the City. My role at Cripps includes advising clients on the full range of real estate matters. My expertise spans investment, development and commercial leasing, advising different sectors of the commercial real estate market including offices, retail, logistics/industrial and hospitality.
I act for major funds, businesses needing advice in connection with their own occupational needs, private and listed property companies, charities, local authorities, banks and other law firms (for example City and US firms) as well as private individuals.
