I help businesses and business people resolve disputes (and avoid potential disputes) which arise in the course of their business activities.
As well as advising and representing UK-based clients, I assist clients based overseas in situations which involve issues of English law, or English courts. This can include whether to bring or defend claims, or to enforce judgments issued by overseas courts or through arbitration.
I also help clients resolve disputes through alternative forms of dispute resolution including negotiated solutions, whether through a formal process such as mediation, or on a less formal basis.
I have a particular interest in the aviation sector and have acted for airlines, manufacturers, MROs, parts companies, aircraft and engine lessors/lessees, charter brokers and others on a wide range of contentious issues. I am also building my own light aircraft.
