I’m a licensed conveyancer within the plot sales team in the real estate team.
I have worked one way or another within the field of conveyancing since 1988 working my way up the ladder until I qualified in 2009. Through experience and valued guidance from the fee earners that I provided secretarial services to, I gained practical knowledge of a broad spectrum of conveyancing. This subsequently led to working predominantly in the new build sector. Having represented both residential buyers and sellers as well as housing associations and developers I am able to offer considered and informed advice and guidance to both colleagues and clients.
