I am a partner in our Corporate Transaction team and lead the Transaction Services Team. With more than 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, I provide our clients with tailored strategic advice that enables them to make effective decisions.

With a specific expertise in the financial services, I understand how to provide large corporates, mid-market firms, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses with commercially astute advice, which transitions into an efficient delivery of a variety of corporate transactional matters. As a leading market expert, I manage a wide range of corporate transactions whilst using our firms technology to streamline processes, to make sure that each and every client receives the service they desire.
