I’m a corporate paralegal as part of the transaction services team, assisting experienced fee-earners with M&A due diligence and corporate work.
In the course of my role as a corporate paralegal I engage in the due diligence and disclosure processes, provide ad-hoc support to the wide corporate team, and work closely with our corporate lawyers to provide our clients the best possible support.
I am also involved in other corporate matter such as share issues, transfers, buybacks, reorganisations and shareholder arrangements.
