My role includes advising real estate investors, developers, occupiers, and public sector clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
I advise on redevelopment title and possession issues, as well as site assembly as well as repurposing.
My clients include charities and other voluntary organisations as well as trustee clients, and I have an expertise in ecclesiastical property.
I have a particular interest in energy efficiency management for built estates and ‘green’ lease issues.
