I advise clients of all sizes on the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts ensuring they understand their rights and obligations whilst minimising the level of risk to a commercially acceptable level. I also regularly assist clients in navigating subject access requests, complex data breaches and the adoption of new technologies within their business.
