I am an associate in the corporate team, where I work closely with my corporate colleagues to deliver a large variety of corporate work to a broad range of clients.
I advise clients on corporate transactional and advisory work, including: advising on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and general corporate matters.
I work with clients from a variety of sectors, as well as having experience working with clients who run family businesses and those who are larger market leaders.
