I have substantial corporate experience gained from both the City and the South East regions. My primary focus is to provide clear, jargon-free, commercial advice to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. I predominantly work with private owner managed businesses looking to either scale up or exit and advise on a wide range of issues throughout a business’ lifecycle; such as corporate governance, ownership agreements, employee incentive schemes, funding cycles, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions.
I have a particular interest in working with clients based in the hospitality and leisure sectors and also family businesses looking to structure their generational wealth effectively.
