As the professional support lawyer for dispute resolution, I help to ensure that our team has the know-how, tools and technology they need to provide the best service to clients in a cost-effective way.
With over 15 years’ experience as a solicitor resolving commercial disputes, I focus on keeping my dispute resolution colleagues abreast of key developments in case law, legislation and procedural rules.
I draft and maintain our know-how materials including precedents and guidance notes, carry out legal research, respond to queries, and arrange and deliver training.
I’m also involved in projects to review and ensure continuous improvements to our processes and technology in the dispute resolution teams.
