I am a partner in the family team, recognised for my client centric approach; I take the time to understand what is important to each of my clients and how best to achieve their desired outcomes.

As partner in the family team, I have extensive experience in all family and matrimonial matters, acting for individuals in married or cohabiting relationships.  I have particular expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals who are seeking advice in respect of the division of financial assets on divorce where said assets may consist of large property portfolios, company structures and trusts. I also advise individuals in cohabiting/non-married relationships on financial matters arising from a relationship breakdown.

I am also frequently instructed by clients seeking wealth preservation advice, (to include both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements for individuals embarking on or already in married relationships; and cohabitation agreements for individuals in cohabiting relationships).

In addition, I also advise clients in respect of matters regarding the children of a relationship, to include the living arrangements, the time the children spend with each parent, relocation matters, (domestic and international), and any other matters relating to their welfare, including but not limited to educational arrangements, maintenance and so forth.

Ranked as ‘recommended’ in the Spears Wealth top 500 family lawyers.

Collaboratively trained member of Resolution, I actively consider and encourage all forms of non court dispute resolution for my clients with a view to achieving amicable out of court settlements.  In the cases where this is not practicable, I am adept at advising clients throughout complex litigation ,whether that be in court or arbitration.
