I advise clients on a broad range of corporate advisory matters and transactional work, including: acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations, management buyouts and share buyback work. I work with clients from a variety of sectors, as well as having experience working with clients who run family businesses and those who are larger market leaders.

With well-honed communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a driven attitude, I work diligently with the wider team and interact with clients to understand their needs. I am involved at all stages of M&A transactions and work closely with the client to deliver balanced, client focused and insightful commercial solutions.
