I’m an experienced corporate and banking lawyer with over 15 years’ experience. I work with SMEs looking to grow whether through acquisitions, external investment or bank borrowing and advise lenders looking to lend to growing businesses. I have a particular focus on shareholder and investment agreements and joint ventures, as well as advising on share incentive schemes.
