My role includes working closely with clients to understand both their business and aims to offer commercially sensible solutions.

I help clients resolve disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, with commercial and contractual disputes forming part of my every day.

I believe in managing disputes to avert the need for legal proceedings where possible, working with clients to save cost whilst ensuring a prudent yet commercial outcome.

Where proceedings are issued or necessary, I believe being approachable in nature alongside a measured, yet tenacious persona is invaluable to clients who need that additional support or confidence. Clients should feel their matter is being handled by an individual who acknowledges that litigation can go beyond the case at hand, taking into account client concerns, business need and reputation.
