I have over 15 years’ experience in advising employers and employees on the whole spectrum of issues that they face in the workplace. I take pride in the relationships that I build with my clients as this enables me to fully understand their objectives and motivations and tailor my advice accordingly.

I have a particular interest in employment tribunal litigation and have represented clients in complex multi-day claims involving discrimination and whistleblowing.
I also work closely with our commercial disputes team on matters relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
I regularly write articles for external publications and provide comments to the press on topical issues.
