I am the team leader of the client services team. I work with the whole real estate group to ensure a seamless service is delivered to all clients.
As part of my role, I am responsible for ensuring the day to day operational line management of the client services team. I work closely alongside the client services team manager and divisional manager to onboard new clients, implement new processes for the real estate division and provide support in administrative services.
I work with our partners and lawyers across the firm to promote and encourage the use of the client services team to better support clients throughout the firm.
