Advised on the acquisition of large tenanted industrial warehouse premises for £3.95M for Sussex based property investment company, Jericho Management Company Ltd. The deal involved both acquisition and refinancing of a number of properties across their portfolio.

Advised the Lyon Pub Company launch its first venture as successful restauranteur Henry Harris and David Strauss joined forces with their new venture refurbishing and relaunching The Three Compasses in Farringdon.
Advised a national leisure park owner on multiple acquisitions of leisure parks across the country.
Advised a hydrogen energy startup on its structure, protection of IP and funding (seed, series 1 and series 2 investment rounds); series 2 raising £26 million.
