Advising on associated leasehold structure to met nitrate mitigation obligations required under a planning permission to align with Natural England’s nitrate mitigation requirements. We procured third party land on a temporary basis and set up a complex land owner agreement so they could retain beneficial use of the land and ensure the nitrate of set passed to future plot purchases.
