At Cripps, we’re committed to ensuring our website is accessible for people with disabilities. We continually review and improve the user experience to ensure our site works well for everyone.

We regularly test the accessibility of key user journeys (representing the breadth of content across the site), benchmarking against the relevant accessibility standards.

We’ve worked closely with our digital agency to develop our site with accessibility in mind from the outset. They’ve guided us on addressing accessibility issues so that cripps.co.uk meets a good baseline of accessibility support.

Our developers have been guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) – a gold standard which seeks to improve website accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
