Cripps advises Cameron Cunningham Limited on joining forces with Wilson Partners

Cripps’ corporate team has advised the shareholders of Cameron Cunningham Limited, chartered accountants and tax advisers based in Sevenoaks, Kent, on its acquisition by Wilson Partners Limited.

Declan, Bhav and the Cameron Cunningham team provides holistic tax advice working with businesses of many sizes at different stages in their life cycle, ranging from start-ups through to mid-cap companies, as well as already supporting complementary accounting services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Wilson Partners is an accounting, tax and corporate finance firm with a strong focus on combining business data and commercial advice to help clients achieve their goals. With offices in Maidenhead, Cambridge, South Africa and now Sevenoaks, their ambition is to break into the top 25 accounting firms by 2026.

The new partnership will enhance Cameron Cunningham’s offering through the additional support and services that Wilson Partners provide including audit, corporate finance and insolvency.

The Cripps’ team, which was led by John Kirkwood and also included Lauren Romo, Adam Baluch (corporate) and Emma Saunders (employment), advised on all legal aspects of the transaction. Mike Hughes of Mike Hughes Advisory provided corporate finance advice.
