I am a partner in the employment team. I advise a wide range of clients, from large companies to senior executives on all aspects of employment law.
I have a particular specialism in contentious work, I deal with employment litigation in both the employment tribunal and the High Court. I have recently dealt with discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the employment tribunal and restrictive covenant and confidentiality cases in the High Court.
I also regularly advise companies on HR issues such as managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy advice, drafting contracts of employment and director’s service agreements, restrictive covenants and team moves.
I advise senior executives on managed exits and settlement agreements.
