I am a team leader in the paralegal support team. I am valued for my passion and dedication in achieving the best from my team which in turn generates a successful environment in which they can flourish and support the firm.
I have over 39 years’ experience within the legal profession, and have worked in the City, West End and locally. The paralegal support team at Cripps, which I lead, supports fee earners firmwide.
I initially trained as a legal executive before moving into paralegal roles as a conveyancing executive, and in the past nine years have dedicated my time to creating bespoke and highly experienced pre- and post-completion teams.
