I lead our highly talented Technology & Innovation department.  Responsible for developing and implementing Cripps’ technology strategy, with an emphasis on innovation to deliver client-centered solutions, while ensuring ongoing operational efficiency.

I have spent a large part of my career leading our programme of innovation, ‘Spark’, designing and delivering solutions working directly with clients.

My passion lies in turning complex ideas into clear plans and outcomes that bring people along; and helping others build a problem led, solution focused, mindset.

My experience

Oversaw the design and implementation of document automation and transaction management technologies in commercial real estate.

Guided our legal advisors, support and technologists through an innovation process to understand the experience and delivery of services to our residential property clients.

Implemented the replacement of practice, case and relationship management technologies leading a team of analysts and developers working closely with business leaders to reimagine operational processes.

Reviewed firmwide and departmental working practices to recommend optimised, cost effective new ways of working. This created centralised services such as billing, document production and client on-boarding.

Lead a software development team, building new technology systems and capabilities in line with business needs. Implementing new, collaborative, ways of delivering technology solutions.
