I advise the major London landed estates on all aspects of their residential property ownership with particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement.
I currently act for the Cadogan Estate, the Crown Estate, the John Lyon’s Charity Estate, the Eyre Estate , the Ilchester Estates and the Dulwich Estate.
