I’m a managing associate in the commercial team, specialising in technology, IT/IP and data protection. I also deal with complex commercial arrangements and outsourcing transactions.
With over 10 years’ experience, my role includes advising businesses on a spectrum of technology, IT/IP and data protection matters.
I have a particular focus on working with clients operating tech-enabled or data businesses in various of sectors, including FMCG, information technology, financial and professional services, retail, marketing and advertising, education and manufacturing.
My clients include established organisations (SMEs and plcs) often seeking to unlock value or drive growth through digital transformation, collaboration or strategic projects (like new product lines or service offerings).
I also get involved with businesses looking to scale and provide guidance on legal and commercial issues that are core to their business operations, helping with business maturity ready for the next phase of the scale-up journey.
Having spent time on secondment at various clients, I also have experience working with in-house legal teams and other business stakeholders.
