I am the business development manager for the Real Estate department at Cripps. My role involves supporting a team of over 140 lawyers with business development strategy and planning.
As one of the few business development managers starting a career in barristers’ chambers, I approach business development with a fresh perspective. I specialise in linking marketing activities to generate new business leads and enhance lawyer visibility. Building trusted, long-lasting partnerships to create new growth opportunities for the business is something that I take great pride in. I am also passionate about supporting gender initiatives to increase female representation in leadership roles within the legal and real estate sectors.
