I am part of an experienced corporate team providing comprehensive legal advice and expertise on a range of corporate matters, including company sales, mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructures and general corporate advisory work.
I enjoy working with clients to understand their business fully in order to provide tailored, client-focused solutions. With a keen sense of commerciality, I anticipate my clients’ needs and help them navigate complex transactions, ensuring that their goals are met whilst mitigating any potential risks.
In addition to my everyday work, I am also a part of the firm’s Future Leaders group, helping to organise and run the group’s networking events with an aim to connect and encourage like-minded professionals in the area.
