I am a managing associate in the commercial dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency teams known for my straightforward and client-focused advice and my efficient management of matters.
My role includes advising businesses, directors and shareholders on the management of disputes, any financial difficulties they are experiencing, and their duties to stakeholders. I have a particular focus on advice to directors, and the duties they owe, whether in an insolvency situation or otherwise, as well as significant experience advising the parties to shareholder disputes.
I take a pro-active approach to resolving any difficulties faced by my clients. My overall objective is to work with the client to achieve their objectives as quickly as possible.
